Timeframes for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns: You may request a return within (3) days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges: You may request an exchange within (4) days of receiving your order.
- International Orders: Return and exchange services are not available for orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia.
Conditions for Acceptance
- The product must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, free of any perfume scents, and with all original tags attached).
- Any promotional gifts included must be returned. If the gift is a fragrance, usage must not exceed 10%.
Manufacturing Defects or Order Errors If you receive a defective item or the wrong model, please notify us within a maximum of (48 hours) of receiving your order.
Return Costs and Fees (For Non-Defective Items) If you wish to return a defect-free product, the following operational costs will be deducted from your refund:
- Shipping Fees: The actual two-way shipping costs will be deducted, even for "Free Shipping" orders.
- Payment Gateway Fees: Non-refundable bank processing fees will be deducted:
- Tabby / Tamara: (6.99% + 1 SAR) + VAT.
- Visa / Mastercard: (2.2% + 1 SAR) + VAT.
- Mada: (1% + 1 SAR) + VAT.
- STC Pay: (1.3% + 1 SAR) + VAT.
